ASNT Level III – Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- An ASNT Level III Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) course outline includes principles of magnetism, characteristics of magnetic fields, equipment and materials, various MT techniques, interpretation and evaluation of results, demagnetization, and safety procedures. The curriculum also covers relevant standards and codes, such as SNT-TC-1A, and the administration of MT programs.

- Day 1: Magnetic principles and material properties.

- Day 4: Standards (ASTM E1444, ASME V), procedure development.
- Day 5: Interpretation, case studies, mock exam.
